Ford Motor Co. (F) announced that two executives in its Asia division will retire at the end of the year.

John Parker, 62, the company’s executive vice president for Asia-Pacific and Africa, will retire after 41 years with the company. The company announced that 42-year-old Joe Hinrichs, who is currently group vice president for global manufacturing and labor affairs, will take Parker’s job effective Dec. 1. He will be headquartered in Shanghai.

Phil Spender, 55, who was the company’s executive vice president for Ford’s Mazda division, will be retiring at the end of the year as well. Ford has been reducing its 20% stake in Mazda and will be exiting control of the company’s business.

John Fleming, 58, will replace Hinrichs in his current position as of Dec. 1. He will remain in Cologne, Germany, and continues to serve as executive vice president and chairman and CEO, Ford of Europe.

Ford shares were down 2% in early Tuesday trading at $7.43, after jumping by nearly 10% on Monday.
